I am a custom portrait and children's artist, specializing in watercolor, charcoal and pastel.

I have been painting and drawing since I was young, being lucky to have had artistic parents who gave me many learning opportunities. I continued to study art in Muhlenberg College where I earned my BA in Dance, coming a few credits shy of an Art double major.

 

I only recently reignited my love of making art while collaborating with my 3 children making quirky art prints and cards together, which evolved into our small art business on Etsy, MicheleYurasArt (formally 2ducksandagoose).

Branching off from our collaborations, I dove into making portraits and custom pieces for children, discovering that I really enjoy custom work. Making art for others gives me the chance to experiment with new styles and ideas. It's endlessly satisfying. I'm so grateful for the support I've had on this journey so far, and I look forward to many fun collaborations and projects to come.
